The luxury villa Portet enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views. This spacious villa was built in 2005 and every care has been taken to furnish it to a high standard.
South west facing, you can soak up the sun all day round and in the evening enjoy the sunset and drink from one of the two spacious sea and mountain facing terraces.The villa is within easy reach of the beach and local resorts and several golf courses.
The villa has three double bedrooms all with air conditioning, the master bedroom having a luxury super kingsize bed and private en suite bathroom and terrace with sunloungers and spectacular views. There is a separate luxury fully tiled bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms eachof which have twin beds, and all rooms have triple fitted wardrobes.
There is ariconditioning throughout . The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher , microwave, oven /hob and fridge freeze. There is a washing machine in a sperate room. The open plan living area has comfy sofas and opens through french windows onto the pool and terrace area.There are videos/DVDS and CDs for your use and the terrestial TV (digibox) for UK channels (not Sky).
The view from the 7 meter pool and terraces are spectacular. With clear views of the sea you can watch the yachts and power boats pass along the coast and at night a small fishing fleet from Moraira are often visible from the terrrace.

PLEASE NOTE The villa was completed brand new in June 2005, and it is on a new residential development , there is some potential for noise from building of new villas in the locality which has been factored into the price of the villa.
Change over days are normally Saturdays and Wednesdays giving flexibility for 7/10 and 14 day holidays and take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights. According to availabilty we will try and be flexible on the change over days out of the high season.
A £250 returnable deposit is required with the final payment
All linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels) in the price.
The villa is cleaned before each rental, for 2 week stays a mid holiday change of linen is included in the price.
The price includes all electricity and other costs. |

There is plently to do for all the family in the area, scenic drives along the coast or trips into the mountains are very popular but if you want more fun there are plently of golf courses, horse riding, go carting or the theme park terra Mitica about 30 minutes drive away. This holiday is best suited for those who do not want discos and bars, Moraira is very pretty with a marina and shops resturants and cafes, and Denia about 30 minutes drive away has the old fort and town and plenty of shops.
