The villa sleeps up to 8 people (prices based on 6 and there is an additional charge for the 7th and 8th person) and has full air-conditioning in addition to oil fired central heating.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living area with seating for 8. This area leads onto two terraces that are furnished with a table, chairs and an umbrella.

The luxury fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

The dining area leads off from the kitchen where there is a table and dining seating for 8.

A marble staircase and gallery landing lead to the three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and leads onto a private balcony that is furnished with table and chairs. There is a double sofabed in the living area that sleeps and additional 2.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is a separate WC and washroom downstairs.

There is off-street parking for 2 cars.

The villa has a private swimming pool and patio area that is furnished with sunloungers and chairs.

Additional features of the property include CD player, DVD, television, radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and complimentary welcome pack.

Linen is provided (not beach towels) and is changed once a week.

The beach is a 20-minute walk from the property, the harbour 20 minutes and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.
