The penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor and sleeps up to 5 people.
The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with leather 3 piece suite, a dining table and 4 chairs with air conditioning and two ceiling fans. This area leads onto 2 large balconies that are furnished with table and chairs. Both balconies overlook the swimming pool.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and sandwich maker. The kitchen leads off to a large covered balcony with table and chairs.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin/triple) with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, mirror and dressing table in the double.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and wc.
Allocated underground parking is provided.
The complex has a swimming pool with poolside toilets and showers and there is also a private downstairs storeroom with 4 sun beds, umbrella and minibar.
Additional features of the apartment are Sky TV, CD player and a large selection of CDs, Juice Maker, oil filled radiator, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer and complimentary welcome pack.
Linen is provided (not beach towels) and is changed once a week.
The beach is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, the harbour 20 minutes and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.
